 Sophia says hi
Hello, hello. Sophia here (maybe not most of the time, but sometimes I am) so I don't really update a lot. Sorry. Aspiring to be a woman who is CAPTIVATING (read the book!-is currently on my top favs!) and a student which can answer at least a few questions on her test correctly (I'm no nerd-I just like gettin' good grades). I like cold showers on hot days and hot showers on cold days, and being indoors when its (very) hot and being ourdoors after a heavy downpoor. Ps, I may not be the prettiest girl on earth, but I beautiful cos I have Jesus in me. :)

Hmm.. now that Christmas is over and everything seems to have finally settled to normalcy... Seems like I've really got nothing to do. xDNo la. Actually I've got a tonne of stuff to prepare for next year and finish up by this week, but the holiday mood seems to be with me-thus making me feel lazy and uninterested to complete my to-do-list. (I'm gonna be in so much trouble by the end of this week.. :S) But anyways.. how was Christmas everyone? :D I know mine went swell. After not buying stuff for anyone last year, my sis and I were especially generous this year. This was our list: Gift list: 1. Dad- a wallet from House Of Leather. (who knew animal skin could be sooo costly???... ok, that sounded kinda barbaric. x) sorry sorry-sophia is still kinda shocked at the price) 2. Mum- Hand bag from Coloris Accesories. (it was on sale! Thank goodness-original price abt RM 200++) 3. Ah Mah & Ah Kong- handmade apple jam! xD *ok.. this one didn't cost much-but we put our love in it!!* 4. Our Godmother- 2 pairs of those individual toes socks from Sox World ........... ........... The list goes on la. :) hehe And lols, I got some pretty cool gifts as well. :D But that isn't important. (meaning-its for me to know, and for you to mind your own business ^^) Anyways, really enjoyed the speaker's message at church today. :) It was about the reason He (Jesus) came, on that cold night, in the town of Bethlehem those 2009 years ago. The part I really loved about this sermon was when it ended with this poem, and I quote: "Was ever a heart so hardened, And such ingratitude be, That one for whom Jesus suffered Should say 'This is nothing to me" Written by :TT Shields I was touched by this-and I hope you will be too. :) To end lightly-would like to wish everyone happy (remaining) holidays!! *especially to the F3s-cos who knows what awaits us next year? xD* Labels: holidays |

Whew! I'm finally home! :D After a long, long getaway from home, I'm back! Hehe. Felt pretty home sick by the end of the 2nd camp la. x( First off, YA camp! Hmmm.. good camp. Seriously. The speaker was E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T. I mean it. Anyone heard of a certain Yoshua before? From Klang Church gua. Anyways, he's a really cool speaker-someone that's young and who youths can relate to la. (The guy plays DOTA people!! XD) I didn't so much as learn than be reminded actually. A lot of the stuff was the same as our Holy Spirit weekend CF had earlier this year. But being reminded was good, since I haven't had a reminder like that in such a long time. Games were cool.  Pass the rubber band using a toothpick placed in your mouth. LOL. Our team kept on dropping the rubber bands. Ish ish. *we didn't win* xD
Going round the hall on chairs. One chair is removed every turn. We stopped when we were left with 2 chairs. 7 of us all standing on 2 chairs was crazy.
I like this sketch. Their theme was Bollywood. Lol. Lotsa dancing and trees. Time to fight those red indians!  Also same skit. The girl with her back facing the cam was my room mate. Ruth Soh. Her younger bro was in my group. :) LOL. I still remember her dialogue. Ruth: Remember, its very easy to shoot them. Just aim for the dot! :p  Our group's sketch-and Ravern was our statue of liberty (punker style!) Our group-Candle. (I was the shortest member! *cough.again.cough* Group leader was Matthew, the one with the black shirt next to Ravern, and I was assistant. xD I think that's about all of it. Had lots of good time fellowshipping and catching up with friends. :)One camp down, one more to go! Labels: camps |
